    Ozone Generators For hunting

You may find people offering ozone generator for hunting reviews on any deer hunting television show, claiming that the technology is a "game changer." Do you think so? Being a skeptic myself, I initially set out to comprehend how an ozone generator functions. I was able to take the technology into the field and subject it to the most trying situations after I fully understood the science underlying it. What is the best ozone generator for hunting? and "Do portable ozone generators work for hunting?" were the questions that needed to be definitively answered.

How Does an Ozone Generator Work

Are you genuinely interested in learning how a hunting ozone generator produces and emits ozone? Personally, I don't give a damn. How an ozone generator works to erase, mask, or otherwise stop my quarry from smelling me is what I'm curious about.

I find the analogy provided by Nick Andrews of Scent Lok to be an adequate explanation. "Imagine scent as a train, with various scents representing various arrangements of box cars. An engine with four box cars may represent a human, whereas an engine with six box cars plus a caboose could represent an apple. According to Andrews, animals have the capacity to store thousands of different fragrance "trains" in their brains.

The ozone generator's portability made testing a breeze.

So how does ozone hunting alter these scent "trains"?

"Ozone affects the animals' capacity to process the scents they are accustomed to and attacks the scent "train." The ozone actually separates them, just like the box cars do, making the aroma unrecognisable. Good, but how does it perform in practice?

Do Portable Ozone Generators Work for Hunting?

A hunter can kill more than enough wildlife for his requirements each year with just a weapon, some decent boots, woodsmanship, and time. The latter is not always as abundant as one would prefer. The ozone generator for hunting is very useful in this situation. A hunter with a short amount of time can increase his chances of harvesting the deer he is hunting by not having to wait for the proper wind to hunt from a certain stand.

For hunting, do portable ozone generators work? They do, indeed. Here are three instances where I chose to hunt from a stand when I normally would not have and it paid off with a chance at a mature animal.

Utilizing ozone generators during hunting was supported by real and practical science.

Is an ozone generator a suitable replacement for skillful woodworking? No. Similar to how a rifle with a 12 Minute of Angle (MOA) capability is not a replacement for skilled shooting.

In all honesty, I wish that weren't true. I now feel a little exposed without it. No matter what the wind is doing, every hunt presents the chance to get busted since in the South we never truly know where a deer will come from. I can say that any technology that allows hunters to appreciate a natural resource more is beneficial to both the tradition of hunting and the entrepreneurs that develop it.

Although I am aware that I don't really need an ozone machine to hunt whitetails, the new options it gives me during the few times I have to hunt make it well worth the investment to add one to my equipment.
